The 74LV8154Dual 16-bit Binary Counter
I know, another counter, but these days if you need a 16 or 32-bit counter this is pretty much the default chip that you'll see in your search results. Designed for easy integration with a CPU and a tri-state bus, this counter is an all-in-one solution. The two 16-bit up counters can be cascaded into one 32-bit counter for big counts.
